Seven Sisters

We were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for our client. We are proud to have been involved in Pirate Studio’s latest project in Seven Sisters, Camden!

The 13,500 sq. ft development on Hampshire Street, London was originally built as a piano factory and has now been transformed into an outstanding custom-designed suite of 37 DJ and music rehearsal and recording studios.

 

A fantastic project to have been a part of, and the result looks fantastic. Offering inclusive and creative spaces for all those budding artists and musicians within the local community with 24/7 availability.
