The Point

Vitruvian were appointed as Cost and Project Managers on this mixed use scheme in Paddington, London for the community driven and creative Tishman Speyer. The scheme includes the introduction of a new split level gym, yoga and multi-use space, refurbishment of the existing basement amenity spaces and the introduction of further sustainable travel options such as bicycles, scooters and electric charging points for every type of transport. This was successfully completed in early 2022.
