We were appointed as Project Managers under the NEC3 Option C Turnkey Contract by the Thames Water Joint Venture working with the utility provider, Skanska and Balfour Beatty. 

We worked on behalf of the turnkey engineering contractor P.C. Richardson Ltd, with works including the removal of 6 cast iron sewers originally designed by Sir. Joseph Bazalgette in the late 1800's. We reinstated 6 new reinforced concrete sewers above the Waterworks River in London.

The sewers remained live throughout the project introducing significant phasing callenges. The works were completed in April 2019 with a programme of approximately 2 years.
